António Miguel Nunes Ferraz Leal de Araújo (born 22 April 1965), known as Miguel Leal, is a Portuguese football manager who is in charge of Moreirense. Between 1986 and 1991, Leal obtained a degree and Master's degree in Physical education, as well as completing a Doctorate in Psychology. In May 2012, after several seasons working as an assistant coach for lower level sides, Leal returned to the manager's seat by being appointed as the manager of Penafiel. Leal's first season with the ''Penafidelenses'', the 2012–13 season, saw Leal guide his side to a comfortable ninth-place finish. The following season, the 2013–14 season, proved to be his most successful to date as he guided Penafiel to a third-place finish which would grant them promotion to the Primeira Liga after an eight-year absence. His managerial displays at the helm of the ''Durienses'' during their promotion winning campaign earned him the ''Segunda Liga Coach of the season'' award.
